Work has been kind of crazy for the past few weeks.. New at it.. Even though we had had those 5 weeks of training.. It just doesn't seem enough. There are still plenty of things to learn everyday.. Plenty of different kinds of passenger we hear everyday.. Plenty of questions and the all time favourite of passengers is "Can i extend my stay?"

What can i say? You are on a promotional fare and there are rules that apply (but they usually are willing to pay the change fee) and the seats that are available are usually limited.. So it's really difficult to find a day where you can get back to the place you want during this summer peak season.. And so we have to coax (hong3)/persuade them to call back again to check for any seats available.. Haha... Tough..

cos you need to do this in mandarin.. Multitask and do things fast.. which i got a few complains from the passenger i was talking to.. Haha.. Sometimes some customer will just speak their mind and those are the times when i feel most like shitting.. It gives me this wierd feeling.. and i just feel like going to the toilet right then.. Haha..Don't why too.. But i've learn to not take to heart what they say now..
