It's been so Long!!!

It's been so long since:

1) I'm back in Singapore, my home, somewhere familiar, back with my family
2) I last saw Jude.. Miss him so much so much and now he's going to Brunei for another 10 days.. I know he'll be fine but still i pray that everything will be alright, he'll be safe..
3) I last Blogged
4) I saw my friends and churchmates
5) I last drank soya bean and green tea, ate 'hum chi pang'.. So nice.. haa..
6) I last slept on my comfy bed unlike the SV's lao ya bed..
7) I last showered in the bathroom without having to wear slippers..


Haha.. some silly thoughts since i came back. I'm really thankful for all these.. I'm really thankful to God for His providence, (this comfort, friends, and loved ones), grace and protection.. . I really appreciate all of you and most importantly i thank God for this Life..

What a Sight!!

I can't believe that i woke up this morning without the alarm ringing.. It was at around 7.50 am that i opened my eyes, then loud tappings on the zinc roofs made me got up to find out what was happening.. To my amaze, it was raining ice!! Wow.. What a sight!! I don't get to see this often.. or at all and so i fumbled around to find my camera to take this sight.. Not a good picture taken, but just to support my statement that there was a hailstorm in Perth. Anyway, the white area near the bench in the picture below are the ice pellets that fell from the sky.. Hee..

Took me 20mins to get the page loaded.. Why are things happening so slow except the dates for the exams zooming towards me?? When i'm, studying.. Time passes so fast whereas when i'm not, the waiting gets tough!! Be content that you're able to go back, Karen, so study hard for now!! And so the reason for not updating for sometime and plus i'm busy making up a present for Jude so when he gets back from Taiwan, he'll be so happy to receive it.. Haa.. Hiaz.. It's just something small, insignificant la.. Hope he'll like it.


Anyway, i woke up at 7am this morning.. And i got to see the sunrise.! (I don't always wake up so early for the sunrise but i need the whole day to study so forced myself to get up). Not a very pretty sight cos exam is 'round the corner.. Haa.. Crap!! Alright.. it just isn't a nice sunrise scene.. And it's also a view from my room. So what can u get?? Studying is good but still abit behind schedule and weather is crappy.. Can't go for evening runs cos it only start to rain in the noon and last all through the night.. Brrr~...

Look at the pretty flowers.. This is the view from my room.. I'll just rest my head on the window ledge and look out whenever i feel sad, lonely, cold, missing Jude or just thinking.. Hee.. And today i did that and i saw spider web and i found out quite a few spider webs in my room.. Arrgghh.. But i'm staying in the room.. Why does thedisgusting spiders spin their webs all around my room. So i vacuumed the ceilings to clear those stuff and also insects stucked to it.. Yucks!! Disgusting!


Anyway the flowers are really beautiful but real tiny.. and my room is quite clean for the moment. Hee..

Thank you 'my Superman' for always being there for me.. All the time, without fail.. And without you i would not know what to do. Thank you for being able to call me amidst the busy training schedule in Taiwan. It really brighten up my day.. I really hope you'll take care of yourself over there..

I just hope everything goes well for everybody. Exams coming soon.. Guess that's the important thing now. What could be done has been done.. At least tried to the last minute so even if rejected we know we did the best we could.. It's better than not trying at all.. By trying it's half the battle won.. But you would say easier said than done cos you're not going through it. I just want to say sorry if there were anything that irritates you. Maybe we haven't been what you've expected but we're humans too.. We're not perfect.. We fail and can't reach a standard.. Know that's not an excuse but hope you would understand.


Jude has gone to Taiwan for training.. It's his 2nd day over there now.. Hope everything's fine over there.. The weather, the training, the food and relaxation.. Hee!! I was so glad that he managed to call me on the first night... thought he wounldn't have got the international call calling card. All is well.. And i've been making this surprise for him.. Haa.. Not going to say much here.. Ok.. I better go i think i need to look up for more articles for the report.
